Gérard, Maître Cuisinier de France, who previously created the Michelin 1 star restaurant Les Magnolias in Perreux, kept the rythm and prepares every day a gastronomic stopover.
The service provided by a welcoming and effcient team is supervised by Jean-Luc Tixier.
