1- Purpose of RESERVOresto.fr

RESERVOresto.fr is an internet platform aiming at facilitating the reservation process in our affiliated restaurants.

Reservations are made after validation of restaurant availabilities at the time of the request. As soon as a table has been booked, a confirmation Email is automatically sent. By using our service, members accept to receive confirmation Emails.

2- Reservation compliance and No-Show

RESERVOresto.fr implements all reasonable means to gaurantee the quality of the service both to our members and to the affiliated restaurants.

As a member of RESERVOresto.fr gourmet community, you accept to comply to our conditions of use, the main one being to honor your reservations.

In case you could not honor a reservation, you accept to inform the restaurant as soon as possible. This could be done either through the website (reservation cancellation) or by calling directly to the restaurant.

Reservation made through RESERVOresto.fr are valid up to 15 minutes after the reservation time. After 15 minutes, the restaurateur does not have to honor the reservation. If you cannot be on time, we advice that you directly call the restaurant to check for availability.

In case of No-Show, the restaurateur can report the No-Show to RESERVOresto.fr. In that case, a No-Show report Email will be sent to you refering to the concerned reservation. All No-Show will cost you Fideo points according to the Fideo fidelity program rules. In case of regular No-Shows your account will be blocked.

In case of claim regarding a No-Show report, please contact RESERVOresto.fr for checking.

In all case, RESERVOresto.fr will be the only judge, and its decision could not be appealed.

 

3- Privacy Policy

RESERVOresto.fr is concerned about your privacy and will respect the principles given in our Privacy Policy

4- The FIDEO program

The FIDEO program is the fildelity program of RESERVOresto.fr

For each honored and commented reservation, your account will be credited with FIDEO points. By accumulating FIDEO points, you could gain specific advantage, choose within our FIDEO gifts including coupons valid in all our restaurants and benefit from specific contests.

5- Email and SMS policy

Using our service, you will receive reservation confirmation, reminders, and eventually No-Show reports. You accept to receive these informations

RESERVOresto.fr might also eventually contact you for communication purpose, inquiries or to improve our service. You can refuse this communication in your profile.

6- Copyright

All information on RESERVOresto.fr are the propriety of RESERVOresto.fr or of our affiliated restaurants.

All usage of these information for another purpose than the use of RESERVOresto.fr service is fraudulous and pursuit will be engaged.

7- Responsibility

RESERVOresto.fr is a website allowing a direct relation between our members and the affiliated restaurants.

RESERVOresto.fr is not responsible of the non-compliance of our members or of our restaurateurs concerning the reservation.

Information presented on RESERVOresto.fr, as for example, restaurant descriptions, price ranges, menus, are under the responsibility of the restaurateurs. RESERVOresto.fr cannot be hold responsible for its accuracy.
