RESERVOresto.fr website has been declared to CNIL ("la Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés"), accroding to the French Laws

This declaration implies the committment of RESERVOresto.fr to respect the French Law regarding computerized personal data.

COLLECTED DATA and PURPOSE OF COLLECTION

The use of RESERVOresto.fr website up to the end of the reservation process requires a registered login.

This login aims at guarantee the accuracy of the process, limit abusive use and allow participation to the FIDEO fidelity program.

Collected data are of two kind:

- compulsory identification data as Name, Forname, Email and Phone number. Theses data are used for the reservation process.

- other non compulosry data that enables us to improve our service by a better understanding of the expectations of our members.

USE AND COMMUNICATION OF COLLECTED DATA

Collected data on RESERVOresto.fr web site will in no case be communicated to third parties outside of ReservOresto.fr network.

In the reservation process, the forname and the phone number given in the profile will be communicated to the restaurateur as in the case of a phone reservation..

The Email given in the profile will be used in the reservation process to send a confirmation after the reservation is made, as well as a reminder before the reservation time. The Email address will not be communicated to the restaurateur without the agreement of the member.

The Email address can also be used for communication purpose exclusively from RESERVOresto.fr. Every member has the possibility to refuse Emails (except for reservation confirmation) from ReservOresto.fr in its profile.

Other collected data aim at improving our service. They only are used for statistical analysis in agregate form.

Finally, reservations made through ReservOresto.fr are recorded for the fidelity program.

SAFETY CONCERNING THE COLLECTED DATA

All reasonable means are used to protect the privacy of the users:

Acces to a user account is protected by a log-in and a password. Combined, they allow the member to access to his profile and change them. The log-in and pasword are reserved for a personal use only.

We use all reasonnable means to protect the access to our servers where the data are stored.

ACCESS, MODIFICATION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

Members can access at any time to their profile to modify or delete their information. They can also contact the support by Emailing to CNIL@reservoresto.fr

This current privacy policy can be changed anytime. Members are invited to regularly check it on our website to be informed of modifications.
